Complete Valley Rebuild with Premium Protection

For this project, we performed a full reconstruction of the roof valley to eliminate leaks and ensure long-lasting protection. We began by removing all of the old shingles, underlayment, and flashing, exposing the deck so it could be properly inspected and prepared. Once the surface was cleaned and secured, we installed a high-performance synthetic underlayment, carefully fastened to provide a durable base layer. In the valley itself, we applied an ice and water shield to create a watertight seal in the area most vulnerable to heavy water flow. With the foundation protected, we installed a brand-new galvanized steel W-valley flashing, precisely positioned and secured to channel water away from the roof system. Over this, we re-shingled the valley and surrounding slopes with asphalt shingles, paying close attention to alignment and detail for both function and appearance. We also tied the new system seamlessly into the adjoining roof sections and ensured proper flashing around walls and transitions to remove any potential leak points. The result is a completely rebuilt valley that not only looks clean and professional but also provides superior strength and weather resistance. This installation will give the homeowner lasting peace of mind, knowing the most critical area of their roof has been rebuilt with care, precision, and the best materials available.
